It’s great to finally break cover on this one! Today, we mark the completion of a journey that began over three years ago. NGM Investments has officially acquired the freehold title of the historic George Henry Lee building in Liverpool — including a secure cash flow from a strong covenant, with four floors let to TK Maxx on a long-term lease.

The George Henry Lee building is a property we’ve always been passionate about, and NGM Investments has always had a clear vision for its potential. As we look ahead, our primary focus will be on the upper floors of the building. While the details of this exciting project are still under wraps, we can say that we’re gearing up for something that will have a lasting impact on the building and the surrounding area.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to unlock the full potential of the George Henry Lee building. It’s a new chapter for this historic property, and we’re proud to be part of its journey!

From the first day I visited this property back in 2021, I knew it had enormous potential. I hope to revive it and bring it back to where it truly belongs.
