We are proud to announce the remarkable achievements of Andrew Stout and Jack Manners, who have officially become qualified architects after successfully passing their RIBA Part 3 examinations. They’ve now earned the privilege to register and use the title architect through the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
Over the past several years, Andy and Jack have been immersed in a diverse array of projects spanning various sectors, ranging from smaller-scale schemes to multi-million-pound developments. Their journey towards qualification has not only enriched their academic knowledge but has also fuelled their professional growth in the world of architecture.
In their practical experience, they’ve been hands-on at every stage of the design process, from project inception to completion. This has provided them with invaluable insights into how our architectural practice operates, equipping them with the skills to effectively manage and contribute to the growth of our practice.
Currently, Andy is involved in the exciting Bootle Strand regeneration project. It focuses on the transformation of a sprawling 400,000 sq ft shopping complex, with the aim of fostering a more community-centric and sustainable town centre.
Meanwhile, Jack is leading the Wellsprings building renovation in Bolton. This captivating project involves the conversion of an office building in the heart of Bolton into a modern, adaptable workspace tailored for digital and creative start-ups.
We couldn’t be prouder of Andy and Jack’s accomplishments; their dedication and expertise are truly commendable. We look forward to witnessing their continued contributions to our practice.
